This painting is just 11 x 11 and comes from my memories of last year's Lighted Boat Festival in Pillar Point Harbor. It's impossible to get a good picture at night with my camera, so I had to remember all the special effects of light as well as I could.

Carol, how did you do that? Lighting in nighttime scenes seem impossibly complex to me! Impressive painting.
