This still untitled painting, featuring the trawler Tabitha from the previous posting below, was just finished an hour ago.

My aim is for the relation of the man to the boat to be dominant to the viewer of this work. Not only his pride but his unease about the future is reflected in his attitude. My usual love of pattern in shape and color shows up here.

The format is 30 x 22; the medium is watercolor on paper.

Any ideas for a title?
